Shipping Information
United States Orders:
We use UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service), with "Tracking and Delivery Conformation" for all U.S. Domestic orders. All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the day we receive them except weekends and holidays. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays.
For added security, all your packages are shipped in non-descriptive plain boxes and envelopes, with no advertising or logos on them to insure your privacy. The return shipping address labels on your packages read "Digicom Distribution" for all U.S. Domestic orders. We provide the following shipping products: Plain Brown Boxes, Clear Tape, Domestic Envelopes, Express Envelopes, Media Mailers, CD Envelopes and Anti-Static Peanuts.
Free U.S. Shipping:
We also provide Free Shipping for all U.S. Domestic Orders when you purchase Five (5) DVD Titles or more. Just select your favorite Five (5) DVD Titles and select Free Shipping during Check Out. All Free Shipping orders are shipped via Media Mail with the United States Postal Service.(USPS) Media Mail delivery time is 2-9 days depending on your location.
Free U.S. Shipping is only trackable by the date the package is scanned in at the United States Post Office. The package is not scanned again until it reaches it's destination. Please allow 2-9 days for delivery. On occasion, although very rare, these shipments can sometimes take up to 14 days to reach your destination, depending on your location. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. TERRITORY ISLAND, please allow longer shipments times to get your delivery because the mail travels by sea.

Free U.S. Shipping is valid for all U.S. Military Commands (APO/FPO), U.S. States - Alaska and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories like - Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. (Transit times are much longer due to shipments traveling by sea. (Can take up to 3 weeks)

Due to the various importation laws for each country, We Cannot guarantee delivery. We make every effort to discretely ship your order safe and secure. Shipping Carrier selections may change at checkout, to give you the lowest price available.
For orders placed from Australia, England, Germany, Great Britain, South Africa, Japan and most Asian Pacific countries, all orders are specially packaged in order to pass through customs with ease. Titles are stripped of their plastic cases and shipped along with their graphic covers. The success rate of delivery to all countries is 100%.
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate International delivery times are 6-10 business days.
We have enjoyed a great deal of success shipping products to every country. Unfortunately the fraud rate from the Middle East has become unacceptable.
